«Организация образовательной среды для детей с особенностями психофизического развития в учреждении дошкольного образования»

Актуальность проекта

Данные последних лет свидетельствуют об увеличении количества детей дошкольного возраста с особенностями психофизического развития. Сегодня в банке данных имеются сведения о более 170 тыс. детей с ОПФР, чуть более 14 тыс. из них - с инвалидностью. Годом ранее было 16 840 тыс. К детям с особенностями психофизического развития относят детей: с интеллектуальной недостаточностью, нарушением слуха, нарушениями зрения, с тяжелыми речевыми нарушениями, нарушениями опорно-двигательного аппарата, трудностями в обучении, с выраженными расстройствами эмоционально-волевой сферы, тяжелыми и (или) множественными нарушениями. Почему так важно обеспечить детям с особенностями в развитии доступ к специальному, особым образом организованному и построенному, образованию? Дело в том, что ребенок с особенностями в развитии – это ребенок, у которого наряду с общими для всех детей образовательными потребностями, есть особые образовательные потребности, удовлетворить можно только в условиях специального обучения. Образовательная среда, адекватная возможностям и потребностям ребенка данной категории, способствующая профилактике ограничений, обусловленных психофизическими нарушениями, оказывает стимулирующее воздействие на продвижение детей в развитии, подготавливает воспитанников к независимой и самостоятельной жизни.

В рамках подготовки проекта было изучено мнение педагогов, законных представителей об острой потребности создания необходимых условий для детей с особенностями в развитии в учреждении образования, при чём таких условий, которые способствовали равным возможностям обучения и воспитания всех воспитанников детского сада.

Реализация данного проекта поможет воспитанникам с ОПФР более полноценно реализовать свой потенциал в условиях учреждения. Кроме того, вместе с детьми с особыми образовательными потребностями, все воспитанники смогут пользоваться этим уникальным ресурсом.

The data of recent years indicate an increase in the number of preschool children with special needs of psychophysical development. Today, the data bank contains information about more than 170 thousand children with special needs of psychophysical development, a little more than 14 thousand of them with disabilities. A year earlier, there were 16,840,000. Children with special needs for psychophysical development include children with intellectual disabilities, hearing impairments, visual impairments, severe speech disorders, disorders of the musculoskeletal system, learning difficulties, severe disorders of the emotional and volitional sphere, severe and/or multiple violations. Why is it so important to provide children with special needs with access to a special, specially organized and constructed education? The fact is that a child with special needs is a child who, along with the educational needs common to all children, has special educational needs that can only be satisfied in conditions of special education. An educational environment adequate to the capabilities and needs of a child of this category, contributing to the prevention of limitations caused by psychophysical disorders, has a stimulating effect on the advancement of children in development, and prepares pupils for an independent and independent life. As part of the preparation of the project, the opinion of teachers, legal representatives on the urgent need to create the necessary conditions for children with special needs in an educational institution was studied, and such conditions that contributed to equal opportunities for education and upbringing of all kindergarten students.

The implementation of this project will help pupils with special needs of psychophysical development to more fully realize their potential in the conditions of the institution. In addition, together with children with special educational needs, all pupils will be able to use this unique resource.
