The preservation and promotion of children's health is a priority direction of activity of the state and society, since only healthy children are able to assimilate knowledge, skills and acquire abilities properly and are able to engage in productively useful work in the future. Health is the main indicator of all human activity. Popularization of a healthy lifestyle is an urgent task for our institution. It involves organizing sports and recreational activities to strengthen the health and ensure the well-being of the younger generation. The implementation of this humanitarian project will allow our pupils to meet the needs in motor activity through familiarization with popular sports games provided by the curriculum of preschool education.

| 7. | Relevance: | The relevance of the development of this project is conditioned by modern requirements for the arrangement of sports grounds in preschool institutions. Our institution is attended by 190 pupils. First of all, children need a multifunctional sports ground equipped with a hard rubber coating, which will allow pupils to exercise in the off-season and after the rain, because the curriculum involves outdoor physical education classes. The covering of the sports ground must be as soft and elastic as possible, because during sports games pupils are very active and they can be neglecting their safety. Also, it should be considered that the physiological features of the ankle joint of children make it prone to injury on a hard surface, and the use of a special coating will allow avoiding possible injuries. The construction of spectator stands will enable to hold physical culture holidays, which in turn will strengthen team spirit and collective unity, make the events more entertaining and, as a result, all this will promote a steady interest in sports games. |
| 8. | Brief description of the project activities: | - research of the requirements of legislation on the reconstruction and operation of a multifunctional sports ground; - development of the design estimates for the reconstruction of a multifunctional sports ground; - preparation of the base (sand-gravel, concrete or asphalt) for the installation of injury-proof coating; - installation of the coating; - marking of the multifunctional sports ground; - installation of spectator stands, equipment, inventory and sports shells. |
